These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://soe.com.ng (the “Site”) and enrolment in the School of Ecommerce program (“Program”), operated by TK Store LTD (“SOE”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing the Site or enrolling in the Program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or enrol.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding agreement to enrol.
Enrolment and Access
- Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the Program materials via the email address you provide. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email and to keep your login/access details secure.
- Access is granted for your personal use only. Your enrolment is non-transferable.
- The Program includes pre-recorded lessons, live sessions, bonuses, and community access as described at the time of enrolment. We reserve the right to update, modify, or improve the content and structure of the Program.
Payment and Pricing
- Prices are as displayed at the time of enrolment and may change without notice for future enrolments.
- Payments are processed through third-party providers (such as Selar) or by bank transfer as instructed. You are responsible for any applicable transaction or transfer fees.
- Promotional prices, discounts, and bonus offers are time-limited and subject to availability.
Intellectual Property
- All Program content — including videos, text, templates, workbooks, graphics, and the SOE brand — is the intellectual property of TK Store LTD or its instructors and is protected by law.
- You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own learning.
- You may not record, download (except where expressly permitted), copy, resell, redistribute, share, or publicly display the content, or share your access with others. Doing so may result in immediate termination of access without refund and possible legal action.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site or Program for any unlawful purpose;
- Share your access credentials or Program materials with third parties;
- Attempt to disrupt, hack, or gain unauthorised access to the Site or systems;
- Behave abusively toward instructors, staff, or other members in any community or live session.
We reserve the right to remove or suspend any user who violates these Terms, without refund.
No Guarantee of Results
The Program provides education, training, and strategies. We do not guarantee any specific income, sales, or business results. Your results depend on your own effort, skills, market conditions, capital, and many factors outside our control. Any examples, testimonials, or earnings figures shown are not typical and are not a promise of your outcome. (See the Disclaimer.)
Third-Party Services and Tools
The Program may reference or require third-party tools, platforms, or suppliers (e.g. ad platforms, sourcing suppliers, website builders). We are not responsible for those third parties, their pricing, availability, or performance.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TK Store LTD, its founder, instructors, and staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses — including loss of profit, revenue, or business — arising from your use of the Site, the Program, or reliance on any content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Program.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Program at any time, subject to our Refunds and Returns Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
